Following the upgrade from Polygon (MATIC) Token to Polygon Ecosystem Token (POL), effective immediately, we wish to inform you that MidChains Limited has suspended all deposits and withdrawals of MATIC on our MTF Platform. Any deposits of MATIC received on the MTF will be returned to the sender.
What This Means:
· Suspension of MATIC Deposits and Withdrawals: All transactions involving MATIC are suspended.
· Deposits After Suspension: Please note that we are no longer accepting MATIC deposits. We therefore request that you do not send any MATIC deposits to MidChains. Continued deposits of any unsupported assets may result in removal from our platform, as determined by the Firm.
· Benefits of the Upgrade: The upgrade is expected to enhance network security, improve governance, and increased scalability across multiple chains.
MidChains Limited will notify you with any Polygon Ecosystem Token (POL) updates. Details regarding the MATIC 2.0 upgrade can be found here and updates regarding this matter will be posted on the MidChains Limited Status Page.
